Bitsgap is very easy to use and does not demand any training to get started with. It’s a great and fantastic platform for trading crypto currencies with the use of automated bots. Best platform in terms of simplicity. I’ve used bitsgap since march 2021. It’s simple, no complicated forms of trading with indicators. Yes trading with more complex strategies could be better in terms of incomes but it’s also time consuming. Here just set your bot, if for long term, check it once a week and that’s it. Pure simple grid bot.Support is very reactive, a but too joyful (emojis everywhere) but efficient.

I’m relatively new to crypto trading, however Bitsgap platform is proving to be quite user friendly, while still being very efficient and extremely advanced all at the same time! & what I found has mostly helped in facilitating the learning experience for a novice like myself, is the extremely helpful customer service team! Bitsgap user for 2 years. I’ve seen them continually putting in sensible updates making it easier to use. The new app is a nice feature, but I prefer using the web version. It’s a mighty software, amazed at what it can do.The few times I had to use Bitsgap’s Support with a live person, I’ve been impressed with the quick, successful outcome, and personableness of support person. Even to follow up to ensure I’m happy with the outcome.
